Adem\u00e1s, su escuela recibir\u00e1 un bono regalo de 500 euros para realizar compras en <strong>GM Cash<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El <strong><u>segundo clasificado<\/u><\/strong> ha sido <strong>Adri\u00e1n Calvente, <\/strong>nacido en el<strong> Campo de Gibraltar \/ San Roque <\/strong>y estudiante de la <strong>CFP<\/strong> <strong>Escuela de Hosteler\u00eda La Inmaculada<\/strong> de<strong> Granada,<\/strong> con una original <strong>\u201cQuisquilla Tropical\u201d <\/strong>un <strong>tartar\/ceviche centrado en la quisquilla de Motril marinada en ron montero, <\/strong>acompa\u00f1ado con un<strong> gazpacho de c\u00edtricos (naranja del Valle del Lecr\u00edn en Granada) <\/strong>y con un aire de<strong> cilantro. <\/strong>Adri\u00e1n viajar\u00e1 a <strong>Lyon con un acompa\u00f1ante<\/strong> y visitar\u00e1n la ciudad internacional de la gastronom\u00eda \u201c<strong>la Cit\u00e9 de la Gastronomie de Paul Bocuse<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong><u>tercera posici\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong> ha quedado <strong>\u00c1lvaro Portol\u00e9s<\/strong>, estudiante del <strong>IES<\/strong> <strong>Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda y Turismo de Madrid,<\/strong> que ha presentado <strong>\u201cM\u00e9xico a Capas<\/strong>\u201d <strong>un plato fusi\u00f3n de la cultura mexicana y la espa\u00f1ola <\/strong>en la que los ingredientes m\u00e1s t\u00edpicos de<strong> M\u00e9xico <\/strong>realzan y potencian<strong> la tradici\u00f3n de la cocina espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En esta 5\u00aa edici\u00f3n del concurso<strong>, <\/strong>el jurado ha estado formado por :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paco P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, chef con&nbsp;<strong>5 estrellas Michelin<\/strong>. Dos en el <strong>restaurante&nbsp;Miramar<\/strong>&nbsp;de <strong>Llan\u00e7\u00e0<\/strong>, otras dos en el <strong>restaurante&nbsp;Enoteca<\/strong>&nbsp;del <strong>Hotel Arts de Barcelona<\/strong> y una estrella en el <strong>restaurante&nbsp;5 (cinc)<\/strong> situado en el <strong>Hotel Das Stue de Berl\u00edn<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Laura Curt,<\/strong> editora de <strong>Curt Ediciones<\/strong> y <strong>directora<\/strong> de la <strong>revista Vinos y Restaurantes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Carla Peyr\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>ganadora<\/strong> de la edici\u00f3n <strong>GMchef 2019<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Juan Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, <strong>Brand Ambassador<\/strong> del concurso <strong>GMchef 2020<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GMchef <\/strong>es un concurso gastron\u00f3mico organizado por <strong>GM Cash<\/strong> cuyo objetivo es fomentar el talento y la creatividad en la gastronom\u00eda e impulsar la formaci\u00f3n de futuros chef. El ganador de <strong>GMchef 2020<\/strong> disfrutara\u0301 de <strong><u>un stage de pra\u0301cticas<\/u><\/strong> en el <strong>restaurante Miramar (dos estrellas Michelin)<\/strong>. Este espacio es la base de la cocina y la filosof\u00eda del famoso <strong>chef Paco P\u00e9rez<\/strong> que cuenta con <strong>cinco estrellas Michelin. El segundo clasificado <\/strong>podr\u00e1 conocer la ciudad francesa de<strong> Lyon, <\/strong>cuna del<strong> chef Paul Bocuse <\/strong>a bordo de los<strong> trenes Renfe-SNCF en
