{"id":10639,"date":"2019-10-09T11:30:51","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T09:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.transgourmet.es\/lalumne-del-cett-de-barcelona-ha-presentat-una-innovadora-tapa-cucurutxo-a-banda-que-homenatja-lemblematica-recepta-de-formentera\/"},"modified":"2019-10-09T11:33:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-09T09:33:51","slug":"lalumne-del-cett-de-barcelona-ha-presentat-una-innovadora-tapa-cucurutxo-a-banda-que-homenatja-lemblematica-recepta-de-formentera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.transgourmet.es\/ca\/blog\/lalumne-del-cett-de-barcelona-ha-presentat-una-innovadora-tapa-cucurutxo-a-banda-que-homenatja-lemblematica-recepta-de-formentera\/","title":{"rendered":"El balear David Padilla guanyador de la semifinal del concurs GMchef 2019 a Barcelona"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>El jurat ha estat format pels xefs Erlantz Gorostiza,&nbsp; Ada Parellada, Juan Jim\u00e9nez i Joanna Artieda <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Centre de Formaci\u00f3 d\u2019Hostaleria de l\u2019Hospitalet (Barcelona) ha acollit <\/strong>la<strong> semifinal de Catalunya<\/strong> de<strong> GMchef 2019<\/strong> el concurs de tapes organitzat per <strong>Gros Mercat<\/strong> dirigit a estudiants de primer any d&#8217;hostaleria i cuina que ha proclamat coma guanyador David Padilla del CETT de Barcelona&nbsp; amb la tapa \u201cCucurutxo a banda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El guanyador, que ha rebut el premi de la ma del <strong>Regidor del Districte VI<\/strong> i<strong> regidor adjunt de l\u2019\u00c0rea d\u2019Esports<\/strong> <strong>Crist\u00f3bal Plaza Lao<\/strong> de l<strong>\u2019Ajuntament de L\u2019Hospitalet<\/strong><strong> de Llobregat<\/strong> ha \u201cexpressat el seu agra\u00efment a GMchef&nbsp; i ha indicat que la seva voluntat ha estat retre homenatge a Formentera i les Illes Balears, sent per a ell un aut\u00e8ntic repte realitzar una adaptaci\u00f3 del tradicional \u201cArr\u00f2s a banda\u201d de Formentera, actualitzat als nostres temps i en format tapa.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Padilla,<\/strong> nascut a <strong>Formentera<\/strong> ( Illes Balears ) estudiant en el CETT de Barcelona,&nbsp; ha basat la seva proposta culin\u00e0ria en el plat t\u00edpic de Formentera \u201cArr\u00f2s a banda\u201d, transformant la coneguda recepta i actualitzant-la a la cuina d&#8217;avantguarda amb la tapa \u201cCucurutxo a banda\u201d, la seva tapa ha consistit en una deconstrucci\u00f3 del t\u00edpic plat balear retent homenatge a les Illes Balears i en concret a Formentera, aportant el seu gra &nbsp;de sorra a la seva terra all\u00ed on va.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat presidit pel <strong>xef Erlantz Gorostiza &#8211; xef 2 Estrelles Michelin &#8211; Restaurante MB<\/strong> &#8211; acompanyat del <strong>xef Juan Jim\u00e9nez \u2013 xef Gros Mercat -, la xef Ada Parellada \u2013 Restaurante Semproniana-, Joanna Artieda \u2013 xef i pastissera- <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Sobre GMchef <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>GMchef<\/strong> \u00e9s un concurs gastron\u00f2mic organitzat per <strong>Gros Mercat<\/strong> que compta amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de <strong>UNILEVER, HELLMANN\u00b4S i RENFE.<\/strong> El seu objectiu \u00e9s fomentar el talent i la creativitat en la gastronomia, formar a futurs xef i recon\u00e8ixer als <strong>3 primers classificats amb una estada en pr\u00e0ctiques <\/strong>en els principals <strong>restaurants d&#8217;estrella Michelin del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, i en aquesta <strong>4\u00aa edici\u00f3<\/strong> ha comptat amb la participaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s de <strong>1.000 alumnes<\/strong> procedents de <strong>159 escoles<\/strong> de tot el territori nacional. Despr\u00e9s de les primeres fases del concurs, <strong>30 alumnes de 27 escoles<\/strong> <strong>de tota Espanya competiran en 6 semifinals regionals per a arribar a la Gran Final<\/strong>, que se celebrar\u00e0 a Madrid el pr\u00f2xim 12 de Novembre, on un jurat amb m\u00e9s de <strong>10 estrelles Michelin<\/strong> seleccionar\u00e0 al gran guanyador de <strong>GMchef
