{"id":13082,"date":"2023-05-23T10:44:04","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T08:44:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.transgourmet.es\/?p=13082"},"modified":"2024-01-26T23:10:58","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T22:10:58","slug":"valvi-reforca-la-plantilla-en-un-40-per-a-la-temporada-destiu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.transgourmet.es\/ca\/blog\/valvi-reforca-la-plantilla-en-un-40-per-a-la-temporada-destiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Valvi refor\u00e7a la plantilla en un 40 % per a la temporada d\u2019estiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Grup Valvi contractar\u00e0 370 persones per a la temporada d\u2019estiu i passar\u00e0 dels 927 treballadors i treballadores que t\u00e9 contractats en l\u2019actualitat a gaireb\u00e9 1.300 en els propers mesos, la qual cosa representa un increment del 40 % de la seva plantilla.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta contractaci\u00f3 refor\u00e7ar\u00e0 els equips de professionals dels establiments situats en municipis que a l\u2019estiu veuen incrementada la seva poblaci\u00f3 per l\u2019activitat tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la p\u00e0gina web de l\u2019empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valvi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.valvi.com<\/a>), s\u2019ha posat en marxa una borsa de treball espec\u00edfica per anunciar les vacants disponibles, tant les de temporada com les necess\u00e0ries per cobrir els llocs de treball que es generen per les obertures de nous establiments.<\/p>\n<p>En les \u00faltimes setmanes s\u2019han obert 2 nous supermercats SPAR: un a Calldetenes (Osona) i un a Peralada (Alt Empord\u00e0). I en els propers dies \u00e9s previst que se n\u2019obri un altre a Lloret de Mar (la Selva) i una bodega a Cadaqu\u00e9s (Alt Empord\u00e0). A m\u00e9s, en aquests moments s\u2019est\u00e0 construint un nou establiment a Arenys de Mar (Maresme) i un altre a Sant Pere Pescador (Alt Empord\u00e0).<\/p>\n<p>Els nous supermercats busquen integrar-se al m\u00e0xim al municipi en el qual s\u2019instal\u00b7len i establir sinergies amb l\u2019entorn, col\u00b7laborant amb els prove\u00efdors locals. En la variada selecci\u00f3 d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 que s\u2019ofereix, destaca l\u2019assortiment de m\u00e9s de 3.000 productes d\u2019origen Catalunya. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ofereix una \u00e0mplia gamma de vins, caves i licors de la secci\u00f3 especialitzada Vinoteca VNTC Valvi, amb m\u00e9s de 2.000 refer\u00e8ncies, entre les quals hi ha una gran varietat de vins de denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Per altra banda, i en l\u00ednia amb el seu comprom\u00eds per a un futur sostenible, l\u2019empresa continua avan\u00e7ant en el seu projecte d\u2019autoconsum fotovoltaic amb la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de panells solars a tots els seus supermercats on \u00e9s possible, com \u00e9s el cas de Peralada, amb 126 plaques.<\/p>\n<p>Valvi Supermercats t\u00e9 com a prove\u00efdor a Transgourmet Ib\u00e8rica, companyia l\u00edder a Espanya en el sector de la distribuci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria majorista.<\/p>\n<p>Sota les ensenyes Valvi, Spar i Eurospar, el Grup Valvi gestiona 107 botigues que es troben repartides entre les comarques gironines, comarca del Maresme, Barcelona ciutat i rodalies, inclosos els supermercats de la societat Miservi, propietat de Valvi Supermercats i Transgourmet Ib\u00e8rica.<\/p>\n<p>Valvi Supermercats \u00e9s de capital familiar 100 % giron\u00ed i la primera xarxa de supermercats independents de la demarcaci\u00f3 de Girona. Va tancar el 2022 gestionant un volum de negoci de 136 milions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOBRE VALVI SUPERMERCATS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Valvi Supermercats \u00e9s una companyia especialitzada en supermercats de proximitat.
