Vaig comen\u00e7ar com a mossa i despr\u00e9s em van nomenar cap de la secci\u00f3 de Basar i Drogueria, Perfumeria i Higiene, c\u00e0rrec en el qual vaig estar 15 anys. Des del 2019, soc sotsgerent. I aqu\u00ed continuo!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que t\u2019agrada m\u00e9s de la teva feina?<\/strong> Tinc la sort que el meu treball em continua encantant, fins i tot despr\u00e9s de tants anys. Mai m\u2019avorreixo, i puc dir que, sense cap mena de dubte, el que m\u00e9s m\u2019agrada \u00e9s el tracte amb les persones, tant amb la clientela com amb els col\u00b7laboradors\/es: per ajudar-les, aconsellar-les i donar-los solucions al m\u00e9s aviat possible. Com que ens coneixem tots\/es, la relaci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt propera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si Transgourmet fos un plat seria\u2026<\/strong> Buf! Que dif\u00edcil! <span lang=\"CA\">Ara mateix que estem en plena evoluci\u00f3, em suggereix <\/span> un plat modern, innovador i amb car\u00e0cter. Un plat que revoluciona!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quin \u00e9s el teu producte preferit del nostre assortiment? <\/strong>Nom\u00e9s un? Te\u2019n podria dir un de cada secci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 me n\u2019agraden molts, per\u00f2 si aquesta pregunta l\u2019haguessin de respondre <span lang=\"CA\">els <\/span><span lang=\"CA\">meus fills, et dirien que <\/span><span lang=\"CA\">la <\/span>llonganissa i el pernil de V\u00edctor G\u00f3mez! Tenen un paladar molt fi aquests nens! A casa, sempre hi tinc tot el seu assortiment. No pot faltar en reunions i celebracions familiars i sempre em demanen per ell. S\u2019ha convertit en un m\u00e9s de la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ens recomanes un restaurant? (i per qu\u00e8): <\/strong>Burgos \u00e9s una ciutat amb un gran nivell gastron\u00f2mic i hi ha molt per triar, per\u00f2 et diria \u201cEl Huerto de Roque\u201d. \u00c9s cuina d\u2019autor i de mercat, diferent i de gran qualitat. L\u2019ambient \u00e9s genial. A m\u00e9s, t\u00e9 una zona de bar on et pots prendre unes cerveses artesanes i xerrar una estona molt a gust abans de sopar, i est\u00e0 situat en ple centre de la ciutat, just al costat de la nostra meravellosa catedral. Ha, ha, ha! Semblo una guia tur\u00edstica! Per\u00f2 \u00e9s que Burgos t\u00e9 molt per descobrir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el millor que t\u2019ha passat a l\u2019empresa? <\/strong>Els meus companys i companyes. Sempre havia dit que a la feina hi anem a treballar, no a fer amics, i que si sorgeix&#8230;, aix\u00f2 que t\u2019emportes; per\u00f2 haig de dir que precisament aqu\u00ed he conegut algunes de les meves grans amistats. Em sento molt afortunada!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una frase que defineixi Transgourmet.<\/strong> Comunicaci\u00f3, implicaci\u00f3 i esfor\u00e7 per aconseguir la nostra millor versi\u00f3, una Transgourmet 2.0. \u00c9s incre\u00efble veure com cadascun\/a de nosaltres dona el millor de si mateix\/a per tirar endavant la seva feina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alguna cosa per afegir<\/strong>\u2026 Donar les gr\u00e0cies a tota la gent, companys i companyes, clientela&#8230; que dia a dia m\u2019ajuden a continuar aprenent i millorant perqu\u00e8 aquesta feina, que pot ser molt exigent, em segueixi apassionant.
