{"id":26036,"date":"2025-10-23T15:17:41","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T13:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.transgourmet.es\/blog\/lluis-labairu-transgourmet-iberica-ha-invertido-85-millones-de-euros-para-impulsar-su-crecimiento-en-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-10-23T16:08:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T14:08:53","slug":"lluis-labairu-transgourmet-iberica-ha-invertido-85-millones-de-euros-para-impulsar-su-crecimiento-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.transgourmet.es\/ca\/blog\/lluis-labairu-transgourmet-iberica-ha-invertido-85-millones-de-euros-para-impulsar-su-crecimiento-en-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Llu\u00eds Labairu: \u201cTransgourmet Ib\u00e8rica ha invertit 85 milions d\u2019euros  per impulsar el seu creixement el 2025\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El director general de\u00a0Transgourmet Ib\u00e8rica,\u00a0Llu\u00eds Labairu, ha destacat avui a la 40a edici\u00f3 del Congr\u00e9s AECOC de Gran Consum, celebrat a Val\u00e8ncia, la inversi\u00f3 feta el 2025 per la companyia amb l\u2019objectiu de consolidar-se com un referent en el sector de la distribuci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria en les seves dues principals l\u00ednies de negoci: prove\u00efdor de l\u2019hostaleria i especialista en el supermercat de proximitat i conveni\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transgourmet Ib\u00e8rica ha realitzat enguany una inversi\u00f3 de 85 milions d\u2019euros que inclou les adquisicions estrat\u00e8giques de Dispuig i Moy\u00e0 Saus i la creaci\u00f3 de la societat Nuditrans amb Nudisco, aix\u00ed com la construcci\u00f3 del Gros Mercat de Mercabarna, la inauguraci\u00f3 del qual es preveu pel mar\u00e7 de 2026, i les reformes de centres <em>cash&amp;carry<\/em> fetes aquest any.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El director general ha explicat la recent adquisici\u00f3 de Dispuig, referent en el subministrament a l\u2019hostaleria de Girona, aix\u00ed com la compra del grup de distribuci\u00f3 mallorqu\u00ed Moy\u00e0 Saus, que l\u2019ha convertit en l\u2019operador de refer\u00e8ncia d\u2019horeca i de <em>retail <\/em>a les Balears. Tamb\u00e9, l\u2019alian\u00e7a amb Nudisco, empresa amb una gran experi\u00e8ncia en la gesti\u00f3 de supermercats a la zona de Llevant. Aquests acords permeten a Transgourmet ampliar la seva expansi\u00f3 en tres regions clau: Catalunya, les Balears i la Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed, Llu\u00eds Labairu ha afirmat que enguany s\u2019ha finalitzat amb \u00e8xit el proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 de la companyia que es va iniciar el 2019. \u201cHem culminat una etapa de modernitzaci\u00f3 i consolidaci\u00f3 del nostre model de negoci, tant en la l\u00ednia de <em>retail <\/em>com en la d\u2019hostaleria\u201d, ha afegit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transgourmet Ib\u00e8rica celebra aquest 2025 el centenari de la companyia, una fita que \u2014segons el director general\u2014 \u201c\u00e9s un orgull i una responsabilitat. Actualment, compta amb 7 plataformes de distribuci\u00f3 repartides per tot Espanya i \u00e9s referent en el sector de <em>retail<\/em>, amb prop de 700 supermercats franquiciats amb les ensenyes Suma, Proxim i Spar, i m\u00e9s de 2.500 clients independents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed mateix, l\u2019empresa compta amb la seva l\u00ednia de servei a l&#8217;hostaleria composta per 73 centres <em>cash&amp;carry<\/em> i 29 gasolineres GM Oil, i una xarxa formada per 400 comercials de <em>food service<\/em> i una flota que supera els 300 vehicles per al servei de
