Aix\u00ed, la companyia ha ampliat la seva oferta de productes frescos, un dels seus elements distintius per a la clientela, i ha incrementat l\u2019assortit espec\u00edfic per al canal horeca.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\">A m\u00e9s, la companyia aposta per la introducci\u00f3 continua de novetats, la formaci\u00f3 permanent dels equips per oferir encara m\u00e9s assessorament, l&#8217;omnicanalitat, l&#8217;increment progressiu dels serveis setmanals i una major especialitzaci\u00f3 en frescos. En aquest sentit destaca la compra realitzada a l&#8217;octubre de l&#8217;any passat de l&#8217;empresa de distribuci\u00f3 Dispuig, amb seu a Girona, i especialitzada en la distribuci\u00f3 de peix fresc, a m\u00e9s de xarcuteria, formatges, carn, productes congelats, postres i caf\u00e8s, entre altres productes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\">A tot aix\u00f2 s\u2019hi se suma la important aposta realitzada per transformar els seus centres <i>cash&amp;carry<\/i> perqu\u00e8 tinguin una doble funci\u00f3: mantenir la seva activitat habitual i operar com a plataformes log\u00edstiques de proximitat, incrementant aix\u00ed la capilaritat i l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia del servei. El s\u00edmbol d&#8217;aquest nou model de <i>cash<\/i> ser\u00e0 el centre de Mercabarna, especialment dissenyat per a professionals de l\u2019hostaleria, la inauguraci\u00f3 del qual est\u00e0 prevista per a aquesta primavera.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\">En total, Transgourmet compta amb una xarxa formada per 400 comercials de <i>food service<\/i> i una flota que supera els 300 vehicles per oferir di\u00e0riament servei directe a milles de negocis de restauraci\u00f3 a tot el territori.
